The staff at the reception desk was friendly and professional. The family room had a nice size and a really comfortable king-size bed.- The room included a minibar, central heating, and an iron/ironing board.- Everything was fine, this would be my next choice again in Madrid.

The staff was really nice and the place is perfect for a bussiness trip as the one I did. For other purposes though it is a little far away from the downtown.Very clean, confortable. Perfect value for your money!!

The staff were extremely accommodating. The breakfast was enormous with lots of food. Our location was ideal and magnificent, so close to a train station. Elba Madrid Alcala in Madrid is an impressive hotel where we had a really nice stay. The staff were very accommodating, the breakfast was plentiful, and the location near a train station was ideal.

This is a hotel of choice for me in Madrid. It's very agreeable and not overly expensive for the quality you get, and above all quite near to atos offices - which is where I need to be. I presume it would be a good hotel for city visit as well - metro is nearby. Of course you should not try walking to the city center, and while the area around the hotel appears ok, there is nothing really special to it...
Please keep in mind that getting to airport by metro from this hotel isn't a perfect solution (takes time)... But: taxi to airport is only around 20€ and really fast.

No complaints, but tissues in the room would be nice. Shuttle service from the airport was not available at 1300 hrs??

The hotel is gorgeous, we loved the especially helpful staff and brand-new room. the room has a lovely patio view. - Its location is decent, near the Athletico Madrid football stadium, perfect for a one-night stay. - Additionally, it's just a short walk to two subway stations and a tube station.

Very nice hotel, near metro line, you need 20 minutes to get to the city center. A few bars, shops and VIPS restourant on the way to the metro station. Shutle bus is excellent way to get to the airport,just 10 minutes.
For the champion league final night 22 was 290 euros.
